This policy covers the Evrmove website operated by Wybe Next Technologies Private Limited. It does not describe data handling inside the Evrmove warehouse management product.
Information you provide
Our demo form collects your name, company, work email and any warehouse needs you choose to share. Our partner form collects your name, organisation, email, phone, country and partnership details. We also receive information you send by email or WhatsApp. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your enquiry.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond, arrange demonstrations, discuss sales or referral partnerships and follow up on your request. Submitted enquiries are stored as private files in Lovable Cloud, with access restricted to the verified owner account. We do not send form field contents to our analytics tools.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page interactions and successful enquiry submissions, and Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps. These services may collect device, browser, approximate location and interaction information and use cookies or similar technologies. Analytics is denied by default. Neither service loads until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Reject keeps both services off. We remember your choice in your browser; clearing website storage lets you choose again.
You can manage cookies through your browser, use tracking protection or block these services. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry. Google and Microsoft process information under their own privacy policies.
Service providers and external links
We use hosting, storage and analytics providers to operate this website. Information may be processed outside your country by these providers. If you choose WhatsApp or an external website link, that service’s privacy terms apply.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry information while it is needed to respond and manage the business relationship, subject to applicable legal requirements. We restrict access to private enquiries, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
